Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Begins Monthly In-House Advanced Training
Award-winning San Diego plumber creates advanced training programs monthly for field employees
September 30, 2017 San Diego, Calif. – Bill Howe began his company in 1980 with a mission to offer the San Diego community the highest quality of services at fair prices. Bill Howe has been sending their plumbers to the San Diego Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Contractors Academy since they opened. The company pays for 100 percent of tuition, books, and offers on-the-job training for the four-year Journeyman course. They offer this to all new apprentices, as well as employees who do not yet have their Journeyman License and want to continue their education.
As part of their ongoing mission to customers, Bill Howe has instituted a new advanced training program in addition to the PHCC offering. Each month, the company hosts several courses, including a dedicated Customer Service Training. Kicking their program off in September, Bill Howe hosted the Customer Service training, a Nortiz Tankless Water Heater Training, and a course on water pressure issues that commonly affect homeowners. “By having regular courses, seminars and training in-house, we are able to better train our field team to provide the best service to our customers in San Diego,” said Bill Haws, General Manager of Bill Howe Family of Companies’.
