I recently had a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed by Steven W. with Bill Howe Plumbing. I contacted the company for more information about the different RO systems on the market, and for their opinion regarding the pros and cons of the different options. Steven got back to me by phone within the same day to answer my questions and also to provide options about getting a faucet that would match my existing décor in my kitchen. He then did the installation himself on the day/time I selected, arriving on time, being very polite, and also very safety-conscious in terms of wearing a mask throughout the 2 hour installation. Unfortunately, as it turned out, the particular RO system I selected had a tiny leak, which was picked up by the water detectors Steven had recommended to me (for purchase on Amazon). He then came out the weekend following its installation to replace what appeared to be the faulty part, and then when that proved not to solve the problem, he returned again to simply replace the whole unit. Presumably the Bill Howe plumbing company will have to deal with the problem of getting the manufacturer to reimburse them for the faulty unit. (Steven said they’d never had a problem before with that model.) There was no hassle in getting him to replace the unit, and of course no charges for the two additional visits it took to get a working system in place. Again, Steven was so polite and friendly throughout, always arriving on time, and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend him and Bill Howe Plumbing more generally, based on my experience. I see now why this company has the most top reviews on the websites I checked. Thank you, Steven!!! You were terrific.

Service for new garbage disposal. My ancient garbage disposal quit working, went online to get Bill Howe’s number, immediately received and accepted chat to describe my needs. Prompt call back to schedule an appointment, service tech Allen was out same morning, which was important to fit my work schedule.
