Manuel is a great plumber, hard worker and very professional! Did I say he just a nice guy too! He installed our new washing machine after the old plumbing literally fell apart as we attempting to remove the old one. Manuel came in, after being delayed at another job. He analyzed the problem, came to with a plan and on return today fixed the problem, installed the washing machine and replaced our kitchen faucet. The best!!

Outstanding job by Julien Miller super friendly, professional, helpful and very easy to work with. He did a full replacement of my washer and deep sink sewer drain lines in the walls and he took extra effort to complete the hole process in cluing repairing the wall. Very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism from Bill Howe. Had 2 HVAC systems replaced and they completed the install in 2.5 days. It would’ve been done in 2 days, but a slight miscommunication occurred and was quickly resolved by Trevor Tatum, field supervisor.Overall, I would recommend Bill Howe to family and friends. From start to finish, everybody that stepped foot in my house was respectful and professional.David and Javier were first at the scene and diagnosed that my 30+ year old systems have seen better days. It was time for a replacement as it weren’t turning on anymore. David helped me out in his own way as my sounding board and listened to my concerns. Javier negotiated the price, no pressure, and moved on to phase 2.For installation, Enrique and his team installed the systems and were fully functional in 2 days. They were fast and clean. However, some things were overlooked; but were quickly acknowledged and resolved, thanks to Trevor. He understood the situation and dealt with the matter at hand with grace and humility. I appreciate his leadership.After resolving the issue, Gabriel and Jesus, came to my house and updated the systems. They completed the task in about 4 hours and made sure they cleaned up, discussed everything with me, and that I had no questions or concerns.In the background of it all was Shea. She was prompt in answering all my questions via email and addressed all my concerns. Our boys bathroom had a major leak back in April, but with end of yr school activities, sports, vacations and life we had the damage removed and had the remodel put on hold. Bill Howe was great. They have many departments but all work together to make the experience flow smoothly. Our project manager Lance, was incredible! Seriously, incredible! Any issue or decision, Lance was there to guide me, give me options, his opinion(when I needed help) and made sure things were on schedule and done correctly. This was our first need to do construction on our aging home and I am so grateful that we chose Bill Howe to do the work. It turned out just as we envisioned and my three teenage sons love their new walk-in shower!
