Water Heater 101
Bill Howe Plumbing has been offering professional water heater installation since 1980. As the expert San Diego plumbers, we know that installing a quality product at an affordable price is a must.
Whether you have had a water heater burst in the middle of the night, or your current heater is coming up on its last year, when you call on one of Bill Howe’s San Diego plumbers, you will get a knowledgeable and highly trained technician ready for any situation including taking care of any water damage. San Diego has trusted us for years because of our quality and guarantees.
All of the water heaters we install come with a standard warranty, but did you know that you can extend the life of your water heater with a warranty extension kit? Our San Diego plumbers know that the simple addition of an extra anode rod into the heater offers extra defense against the deterioration of your water heater tank. Hard scale and mineral build up attach to the anode rod and not your tank adding years to its life.
Every Bill Howe water heater install comes with new water flex lines, haul away, and disposal of the old heater. If your water heater requires additional work, our expert installers will provide recommendations and estimates. Some additional items that may be required for Uniform Plumbing Code are gas valves, earthquake straps and a drip pan.
Since the plumbing code is continually changing, it is always a good idea to assess new installations to ensure they are safe and up to current plumbing regulations. Every plumber at Bill Howe has the training and education to install your new water heater the right way!
