Well-known San Diego plumbing company looks forward to growth and continued success in new home office

November 20, 2012 San Diego, Calif. – Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services has officially began running operations out of their new location at 9085 Aero Drive, San Diego, CA 92123.  Now in a 22,000 square foot office building and warehouse that allows plenty of room to grow, the Bill Howe Family of Companies will continue offering the highest quality plumbing, heating, air conditioning, restoration and flood services, remaining one of San Diego’s most successful family-owned companies.

Bill Howe started his career as a San Diego plumber when he proudly opened the company’s doors in San Diego’s Pacific Beach neighborhood in 1980. He was just as proud on Monday, October 29, 2012, the first day in the new office. That morning, Bill and Tina Howe gladly showed their employees the new large office designed with functionality in mind so that each employee can be even more efficient at their jobs and the company can keep their forward momentum. The company began that morning with the first meeting in the new training facility with all 117 employees and included a tasty breakfast spread, coffee, and juice for everyone. The atmosphere was full of pride and excitement as Tina Howe gave an inspiring welcome speech, reminding all that they are each a part of the reason this successful move was possible.

Since the company’s inception 32 years ago, Bill Howe has added on two more divisions and moved three times. This latest move has already proven successful, as each San Diego plumber in the company has made the transition to the new location with great ease. They have made use of the 8,000 square foot warehouse stocked with all of the necessary tools to service their customers, enjoyed their own personal lockers helping ease the congestion in the warehouse (which means when customers need a plumber in San Diego, a Bill Howe technician will arrive quickly and with a truck full of parts) and they have already utilized the new training facility taking advantage of learning from each other’s area of expertise.

The office staff has been busy adjusting to the new surroundings as well. With double the office space, the dispatchers, customer service representatives and management enjoy an efficient flow to the office alongside more personal space. With the new open layout of the office, each division now works side by side, which has improved communications within the office as well as with each HVAC tech, restoration tech and plumber. San Diego residents and business owners can count on the Bill Howe Family of Companies to take care of their needs from start to finish, with an improved streamlined process between each division.
