Charles Lopez, Drain specialist in San Diego, received the Excellence Award for exemplary craftsmanship on his 20-day hydrojetting job in a downtown San Diego high rise condominium. He protected customer’s homes and assets each day by meticulously covering all work areas at the start of each day’s work, and tearing them down at the end of the day so homeowners could still use facilities. The work was perfect, and at the end of the job, the individual homeowners and property management team was happy, the ultimate Bill Howe goal.
Brian Dorney, San Diego HVAC lead technician received the Leading by Example Award for exceeding all Bill Howe standards. He never misses a day of work, arrives to his customers on time, presents himself professionally and has one of the cleanest and most organized trucks. His job sites are neat and clean and he submits pictures every time.
Sarah Bolas, A Customer Service Representative for the restoration & flood division, received the Customer Service Award for her outstanding skills in handling a difficult situation. She worked diligently to solve a customer’s concerns, listened to their needs and created a positive outcome for the customer and her department.
Matthew Tolar, a Journeyman Plumber and Bill Howe Team Leader, received the Above & Beyond Award for always going the extra mile. Not only is he one of the best San Diego plumbers able to problem solve even the most challenging issue, he communicates with and educates his customers, and even makes the time to volunteer with Bill Howe at the San Diego Food Bank and regularly receives glowing online reviews and feedback from his customers.
