October Achievements Honored at Bill Howe
Bill Howe Plumbing in San Diego believes that recognizing excellence within their team promotes their mission of happy and healthy employees, and ensure that their team of all stars understand how valued they are in the company. Our Monthly Awards are: Above & Beyond, Customer Service, Leading by Example, and Excellence for craftsmanship. Award recipients are chosen by a committee with input from field supervisors, management, and office staff.
At our November company meeting, we recognized Jesus Bustamante, Ashley Zamora, Joe Navarro, and Marco Cibrian as our star employees for their efforts during the month of October.
Jesus Bustamante is our recipient for the Above & Beyond Award. He is a veteran from the United States Navy, and in October helped the Bill Howe Family of Companies recruit at a Veteran Job Fair. Jesus is also in the Journeyman Plumbing program through the San Diego Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Contractor’s Academy. Our customers first encounter with Bill Howe typically is with our office staff answering phones. And to ensure the best and highest level of customer care, our Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers undergo extensive training, and we are excited to reward one of our office team for her legendary customer service. Not only is she a friendly and helpful voice over the phone, she is a top-rated dispatcher by her field technicians, and she has already helped us to improve on estimate efficiency. Ashley Zamora is our Customer Service winner for October for her consistent excellence. She implemented a new method for sending customer estimates increasing efficiency and engaging customers for feedback to help us address areas where we can still improve.
Joe Navarro in our water damage services in San Diego is the recipient for the Leading by Example award. Joe is an outstanding part of our team, and delivers nothing but the highest standard of service, arrives to his customers on time and has perfect attendance, communicates every aspect of the job, and is a true professional in all he does.
Our Excellence winner is also part of our reconstruction division. After our team completes water damage services in San Diego, Marco Cibrian is one of the specialists that rebuild and return homes and businesses to perfect condition.
