Eric Sanchez, General Manager of San Diego’s Best Air Conditioning & Heating company honored as the NEWS’ Top 40 under 40

Eric Sanchez has been with Bill Howe Heating & Air Conditioning since 2010 where he began as senior service technician and was quickly promoted to field supervisor. In 2014, he was named HVAC general manager. The HVAC department was struggling and he brought a well-thought-out business plan to the owners. They liked what they saw and put Sanchez and his plan to work. They have been rewarded with a profitable department.
