Bill Howe Recognizes Exemplary Service

It is no wonder that our family owned company thrives with the exceptional employees we have. Recently, Angie’s List presented Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood with the coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award in six categories. We are proud of our team in San Diego, plumbing and drains, heating & air technicians, and water damage specialists for consistently going above and beyond to deliver the best.

In order to honor our team’s excellence, each month we present four awards of distinction for achievements of the previous month. At our February shop meeting, we recognized Scott Dinwiddie with our Above & Beyond award, Corey Koenen with our Leading by Example Award, Amber Breer for our Customer Service Award, and Chris Orwen for our Excellence Award.

The Above & Beyond Award is presented to the employee who is involved with all aspects of the Bill Howe Family of Companies’. For the January award, Scott Dinwiddie, in our San Diego plumbing decision, was chosen for his volunteer efforts, division recommendations, and positive online reviews. He was recently promoted and has continued to prove an asset.

Our January Leading by Example Award recipient could be nominated for every category, every month. Corey Koenen exemplifies the Bill Howe Way. His attendance is perfect, customer service skill unparalleled, and his dedication to being the best shows in all of his actions. We are proud to have Corey on our team and continue leading the way for all our employees.

Amber Breer is one of our San Diego Water Damage Project Managers. Her role continually places her in a position with customers going through challenging and unfortunate situations. Amber has a special way to alleviate stress and worry for our customers and is the January Customer Service Winner.

Although our Excellence winner for January is a first time award recipient, he is a true craftsman. Chris Orwen joined our team in 2014 and has been a prime example of the high standards of Bill Howe. He is also in his fourth year at the San Diego plumbing Heating Cooling Academy Journeyman program and will graduate this June.
