Did you know that there are some instances that require special certifications for plumbing repair? San Diego requires all plumbers that will be working in confined spaces to have special certification, as well as a three-man crew and all necessary equipment.  Many work spaces that a San Diego plumber from Bill Howe finds himself in at any given time is deemed “confined.” The “confined” space restricts movement and/or entry and is not conducive to continuous occupancy.
