The heating & air conditioning division was the second service added to increase their customers experience with a value of having one company able to serve their needs in plumbing, drain cleaning, and heating and air conditioning; service and repair and new installation. It was followed by the restoration and flood remediation department in 2009 making Bill Howe a full one-stop shop for san Diego customers. They have grown both divisions with the same mission focused on customer service and employee benefits, and in 2016, they were voted as San Diego’s Best Heating & Air Conditioning company by the Union Tribune Reader’s Poll.

Bill Howe has grown the heating & air conditioning division in the last ten years and looking to expand further by bringing on a new leader to assist in increasing customer service goals and services in the community. Bill Howe is dedicated to growing the division with strong leadership skills in order to nurture the existing team of outstanding technicians, and train the next generation of service, repair and installation teams. Ample experience in the field will be imperative to daily operations.
