After living in our house since 1999 with the original A/C-heater unit which was probably original with the house in 1985 and needing a recharge every 2-3 years it was time. Both units struggled to work and the duct work in the attic was trashed. The Bill Howe Tech came over and recharged the unit but advised that the R22 refrigerant would not be available after 2020 so it was time to pull the trigger. Global warming is here and San Diego is not always as cool during the summer and warm during the winter as it used to be. The Tech talked us through what we needed and we signed. My wife and I were impressed with the quality of workmanship and service showed by the Bill Howe employees. They were neat, showed up on time, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Any questions were promptly answered during phone calls to the company and I would highly recommend them for their quality work ethic and service. 5 stars across the board.
