We had an unusual plumbing problem with a bathroom pedestal sink repair. Jesus, our repair guy, was great. What I liked the most is that he listened to our concerns before assuming a plan of action. For instance, there was a wine cellar below the repair with expensive fine wine! A pipe break would have been a disaster! He paid attention to the “history” of the house built in 1939 and remodeled in 2000. This made a difference in learning what type of pipes, metal cast, plastic or copper used in the area of interest.
He was dressed clean, and neat and had respect for being neat and tidy while doing a messy job. Men don’t usually care about such detail, but every woman does!
I have used Bill Howe for years and have never been disappointed. I’d recommend them to anyone.
