In the morning I started my shower, surprise no heat. I had an appointment so I took a cold shower. I asked my wife to call Bill Howe to have it fixed. She went on line and said they would be here between 12 and 3 p.m. When the personnel at Bill Howe arrive at work my wife was called. The representative from the office asked what time would be convenient my wife said I’d be home after 10 a.m. They scheduled the appointment then. We were called about 20 mins before John came ove from a previous job. John came over assessed the problem explain the alternatives and we decided the course of action. John had to go back to the warehouse and get the water heater. He return a little later and took out the old and replaced with the new. John was professional and answered our questions and about the operation of the new water heater. Having just moved here from Hawaii we were very impressed with the entire process from initial contact to project completion. We believe the commercial Bill Howe knows how. John was excellent as a field technician and point man. I’ll use them again for any plumbing needs.
