I am very pleased with the Warranty repair work done to my Fujitsu Unit. It is still less than 5 years old and had a gas leak which actually made the unit fail last Dec. Upon my scheduled service date a few months latter the gas was again low so the technichian did an excellent job pin pointing the problem. The needed parts were orders and he returned to fix it. Runs great now, the service was done within the warranty period and was handled without any charge.
