The technician, Troy, was awesome. It was a tough problem. About 150ft of 50 year old iron 4″ sewer pipe was clogged with roots and debris and had backed up to the house. Troy worked on it let into the night at a fixed price and preserved despite a bunch of setbacks. Very professional, very thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I’m a big fan.
