I never take the time to review, but this was absolutely necessary. In the middle of the busiest Saturday night of the year for The Rail in Hillcrest, a water shut off valve blew in our kitchen, thus starting a flood. After calling several 24hr services, Bill Howe was the only one that responded with actual concern for our situation. They immediately sent out Gustavo, who in my opinion, has some of the best customer service I have seen in years. He understood that shutting off the water meant the stop of business behind a very busy bar. He prepped the area, shut off the water, made the repair in less than 5 minutes and had us up and running. The staff and customers never knew there was an issue!! After a slight hitch in the kitchen, Gustavo would not rest until he knew all of my issues were handled. Bill Howe is very fortunate to have him on their team, I would call again in a heartbeat.
