My water heater went out yesterday and I called into Bill Howe Service center early this morning. The customer service rep was prompt and worked with me to have a tech come out today. The tech, Brandon was timely. courteous and shown a true concern to want to fix our water heater keeping in mind cost and time. He hadn’t worked with the particular type of water heater we had installed. He immediately escalated to someone back at the office to review. So not not to waist time, he went back to the office to follow up and do more research and discovered that we would need to replace the water heater and found out that our unit was still under warranty. He provided me the information and allowed me to decide how my husband and I wanted to address. After discussing it with my husband, I called Brandon back to let him know we would like to contract with him to handle this for us. Brandon took charge and completed the swap in record time saving us time and money. More importantly, completing the job to our satisfaction and we now have hot water. I recommend Bill Howe to anyone needing water heater service.
