Dear Bill Howe,

We want to tell you about the great service we received from Ron yesterday
when he came to our house to look at our water heater. We’d discovered at
11pm the night before that we had no hot water and we were expecting company
at 5pm for dinner the next day, Thanksgiving Eve!

When we called Bill Howe the next morning they set us up for a 1pm to 4pm
window and we were trying not to think of how to deal with a pile of greasy
dishes to be washed and needing to boil water.

Ron came to our rescue at 2pm or so and did some tests, kindly explaining what he
thought was the problem. Our water heater is in a difficult to reach spot but he was
unfazed and did a thorough exam of the situation before telling us that he was hoping
it was just the thermo couple that was causing the problem. He had to move our dryer
and disconnect the gas to finally get into a position to check the thermo couple and
replace it. After completing that, he was able to turn on the water heater and we got
hot water back!

I want to mention that he was very considerate of our request that we needed to have
the water heater area back in order to fix dinner for our guests or cancel the dinner.
All along the process, he gave us estimates of time required to do his work and he finished
the work at 4pm, just as we needed to cook!

Ron was very polite and considerate of our needs and we really appreciated the service he
provided for us.
