Bill Howe Family of Companies Celebrates 35 Years with Website Redesign

Local San Diego plumber redesigns website

 April 22, 2015 San Diego, Calif. – Bill Howe Family of Companies started as a one truck operation back in 1980, with headquarters in Pacific Beach, CA. The San Diego plumber, Bill Howe, worked 24/7 and did everything from mainlines to water heaters; serving his local beach community. Wanting to offer honest plumbing solutions at affordable rates, Bill Howe Plumbing, Inc. was established and has grown into the family of companies it is today. The company proudly offers services throughout San Diego including air conditioning, heating, restoration, and flood remediation. For 35 years, they have operated from the philosophy that in order to be successful they must focus on ensuring the happiness of their employees, their customers and their community. The company celebrates their 35 year anniversary in 2015 and continues to stay true to their original values.

As part of their 35 year celebration, they have redesigned their website and officially launched it shortly after midnight on April 21, 2015. Part of the Bill Howe Family of Companies’ mission is to be easy to do business with. They want their customers to be able to reach a friendly professional quickly, and get their problems resolved efficiently and fast. With the new responsive website design, customers have access to improved functionality across desktops, tablets and mobile devices and can benefit from the easy “click to call” functionality when experiencing an emergency.

The vision and implementation of the new website, designed by AE Creative, beautifully connects the needs of the company and the customer, while crafting a visually stunning platform for customers, employees and the community.  Additionally, the creative team ensured that Bill Howe employees have plenty of recognition with the monthly awards section and dynamic bio questions and answers. “We are one big family and value our team and their individual strengths,” said Human Resources Manager, Amber Baynard. “We want to highlight each of our employees and create a place for our customers to learn about who is coming into their home.”

Coming soon, the website will also add more resources to help educate customers and the community when it comes to San Diego air conditioning, plumbing and drain cleaning, restoration and flood remediation, water heater regulations and more.

“Our goal is to be able to help our customers from start to finish with one call or one email,” said Tina Howe, Vice President of the Bill Howe Family of Companies. “Our new website does just that. As we continue to add more services and functions to our online presence, our customers will receive the benefit in added value and easy communication during what is usually a stressful situation.”

We had other companies come out for estimates on what was considered a major job with jackhammers and replacing cast iron pipes under the house… having been stung before, we wanted another estimate just to make sure we were making an informed decision. The prior estimates went up to $21,000!
Bill Howe sent us an amazing veteran plumber, Dashawn and his co- worker Anthony. Dashawn did a thorough check of the problem, explained what he thought was needed … he did a final check and we were able to see for ourselves what was the problem. He recommended a complete cleaning to de-scale the pipes, and not the major work we dreaded. Thanks to his solid analysis and patience in making sure we saw what he saw, the issue was resolved completely, and saved us thousands of unnecessary work. None of the other estimates included the cleaning; only the major repairs. Thanks to Dashawn’s knowledge, professionalism and honesty, we’re Bill Howe customers.

This was our second excellent experience with Bill Howe. We had a blocked kitchen sink drain 8/5. I was able to get a same day appointment which is AMAZING. Person on phone was very courteous and set me up right away. Tony arrived at the house (called me 30 minutes out so I was able to be ready). He diagnosed the issue (blocked drain, not the garbage compactor) and was able to snake it and ran the water for 10 minutes to be sure the drains were clear. He cleaned up everything and you would not have known he was even there. Thank-you Tony and Bill Howe, you always know how.
