The plumber (Havi – spelling?) repaired 3 items of the 4 things I had checked. As it turned out, the ice maker in the freezer did not work, so water poured out of the ice maker all night long – all down the door & onto the shelves of the freezer, then onto the kitchen floor. What a mess! I called the office at 5:00 the next morning as an emergency call to get this fixed. When 3 hours passed, I called the office again. I was told that someone would be to my house between 12-3 that day. I was surprised that that timeframe is what was considered “emergency” service. ???
Luckily, another technician (Dennis) showed up at 11:00am instead, He capped the water line and prepared the water line in case a different refrigerator is put in the same place. Since the 2nd visit was deemed a “Re-call”, Dennis didn’t charge me the “Emergency” rate of $249 + parts.
Now that’s what I call Customer Service!
Thanks!
