good company–always fast to respond and i like you can and will respond to emails to set up an appointment.
it’s also nice to see that even though the warranty was expired by a couple of weeks you were still “a good guy” about it and did the right thing.
there is one thing you should improve…you give your tech’s the tools to do the job but not for the payment aspect. they need an easier way to charge my credit card than drag out a big machine and plug it into an outlet. I’d recommend giving them an option to connect to their phones, here are a couple of examples:
