Manuel Valencia fixed my bathroom sink that was backed up holding water. He removed a large amount of hair from the drain that had accumulated over time. He also replaced the popup assembly that was broken, at my request. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise, and he was very polite while explaining what caused the drain stoppage and answering my questions.
