I would like to start off by saying how grateful I am to have come across a company like Bill Howe. Last week our school had a small flood emergency in our building, keeping us from properly servicing our students. The safety and the well being of our students/staff is always our number one priority, so we knew we had to find a company who would also make that theirs. From the moment the service technician, Danny Moreno, walked into our building I knew that we were in great hands. He not only showed extreme professionalism, he provided extensive knowledge on what amount of damage we were looking at, and the action plan he was prepared to execute in order to get our school back to working conditions. He provided exceptional customer service to our staff , and answered all of our questions with an amazing amount of patience and grace, putting our worries at ease. I can honestly say that I have never met a service technician who genuinely cared for the well being of our students as much as Danny. No matter how many questions and concerns we threw his way. Danny answered them all with a charismatic smile. As soon as he spotted our problem, he took action right away, checking out the problem and explaining every detail for us to understand. I was especially grateful for this because he did not see us as just another customer. He took the time to make us feel like family. Unfortunately, Due to unfortunate circumstances we were unable to follow through with the restoration process. However there is no doubt Danny would have provided exceptional service and taken the adequate measures to insure our students safety. If ever there is ever a need for us to call for water damage repair, I know I can trust Bill Howe and technicians like Danny, to provide us with outstanding, dependable, trustworthy customer service.

Service for new garbage disposal. My ancient garbage disposal quit working, went online to get Bill Howe’s number, immediately received and accepted chat to describe my needs. Prompt call back to schedule an appointment, service tech Allen was out same morning, which was important to fit my work schedule. Job estimate was clear, work done fully to my expectations, area left clean, and price was very fair.
I was not surprised — I have used Bill Howe plumbers for several other tasks in the past. I have always found their staff to be helpful, attentive, and the plumbers very courteous and capable.
