Called Mon, Aug 12 to make appt, spoke with Eloise. Made appt for Tues between 2-5. I requested a call when techs were on the way and was told they would call number on file. When I verified that number it was my husbands cell number and I requested the number be changed to my cell. I was told this was done. Tues at 1:40 Brandon and Anthony showed up at my door without calling. When I mentioned this they said they called the number on file, my husbands cell. Upon looking further Brandon said he did see my number, they had called the incorrect one. After they left I called the office to let them know, spoke with Sarah. She said it didn’t specify my number. A lot of miscommunication, a bit of attitude from Sarah, very disappointed.
