I want to give you a BIG thumbs up on your plumber, Alex Ulloa. He did work for me at 5279 Fontaine St., San Diego, 92120.
I had no idea there was a water leak until I got my water bill. There wasn’t any sign of water anywhere. I called a leak detector from the north county area. They were very nice, but he thought the leak was in PVC and he didn’t have the right equipment to find a leak in PVC. He told me to call CPL. CPL came out and they couldn’t find the leak, however I did get charged a big fee for their service.
I decided to call Bill Howe to see if they could find the leak. BIG KUDOS to Alex Ulloa. He not only brought the right leak detector equipment to do the job, but he actually put his ear to the ground to listen where he suspected the leak to be. He worked very hard searching for this leak. He would not give up till he found it. The leak turned out to be in copper plumbing, not PVC . He scheduled to come back the next day to take care of the leak. He told me what it would take to fix it as well as telling me what it would cost.
He came back the next day with his assistant, Julio. Alex and Julio did an excellent job on repairing this leak. It was not an easy leak to find. The leak ended up being under a concrete patio slab which was why you didn’t see any water. They were determined to make sure it was fixed right! They worked hard. Their people skills also need to be commended. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. They were polite and professional! Nothing is better than that!
I would highly recommend Alex Ulloa as a highly skilled and professional plumber. Hopefully, I don’t have any more leaks like this one (approx. $1200 water bill, may be more). But if I do, I want to have Alex Ulloa fix it! I will highly recommend Bill Howe Plumbing. I have done this in the past as I have used Bill Howe before. KUDOS to Alex Ulloa. He makes Bill Howe plumbing true to their word, “Call Bill Howe, he knows how”! Thank you.
