We had 3 sinks in the kitchen backed up 6 pm on a Monday night. I called a local plumber in San Marcos,
Trying to Bev supportive of local businesses. Well that was a big mistake. This young plumber, from whom I learned was 23 yrs old with 3 months on the job. He snaked under the sink for 2 hrs. Broke a plastic pipe and had to go to Home Depot for a part. He didn’t even have a large flashlight, used his phone. After 4 hrs the sink was still clogged. The young plumber said he would return the next day.
Disappointed and realizing a technician, unskilled with little experience I had to ask him to leave. I thanked him and requested not to return. Get this here comes the good part. He apologized profusely and said why don’t you call Bill Howe?
Next day a very professional, skilled, knowledgeable serviceman named BRYAN from Bill Howe snaked the sink and was done in 25 minutes.
I called Bill Howe’s office and thanked them and rescheduled an appointment to come back to check my wall heaters for a 83 yr old historical home.
Bill Howe educates their plumbers, sends them to school for training where they can obtain a license
Hope this helps other proprietors, go with best go Howe!
