I wanted to take this time to tell you how happy we are with your service! Matthew Saille was our service technician, who made a few visits to our location this week. Our company Doozydog! Club, offer doggy daycare and boarding, so you can imagine how important it is for us that our AC units are fully operational to keep our dogs cool and happy. (And our employees!!!) Needless to say, we have a routine business contract with another AC company, who apparently hasn’t done their job in months! We routinely have our filters changed quarterly, (sometimes sooner) as a preventative maintenance. In the last month we have had several AC issues, and am SO HAPPY we made a call to Bill Howe!
Not only did Matthew immediately recognize and solve our issue, he noticed our filters hadn’t been changed in almost 7 months! (Which is why our unit wasn’t running properly.)
Long story short, you have made a lifetime client out of us, and we will be using you for ALL future needed appointments. We will also be setting up a business account with you very soon (and cancelling our other terrible company contract); All because Matthew Saille is a fantastic service technician.
