Like many of you, I hear the advertisements on television for Bill Howe Plumbing and decided to call them when need occurred because, “they know how.” Do they ever?
First, the representative in the call center was very courteous, efficient and quickly scheduled my appointment which was originally three days at my request due to work.
I later called back to see by chance if they could move my appointment up to within a few hours and again the representative was very courteous and helpful and re-scheduled my appointment time within a 3 hour window of time from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
At 1:30 PM, Michael Hoover called from Bill Howe to advise he was enroute and would arrive by 2:00 PM. He arrived at 1:55 PM, quickly diagnosed my plumbing leak, tested the water pressure as required and then proceeded to repair and replace the part that needed it.
Michael was here less than 30 minutes start to finish and only charged $216 to replace the leaky controller which needed replacement.
This was the first time I ever tried Bill Howe as a customer and the next time I hear their advertisement on television, I will agree they definitely have “know how” in plumbing repairs, response time and EXCELLENT service!
If you need a dependable plumber, please call them. I certainly will and will be loyal customer in the future! Thank you Michael Hoover for being such a great technician and the excellent customer service you provided to our family.
