Our technician – Michael – was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time for both the free estimate AND the date of work. He called in advance to alert that he was on the way and he completed the work faster than what was estimated. He also cleaned up everything after the 3 job elements (and arguably left the floor cleaner that when he started!). Can’t say enough good stuff about his skills and service. Would DEFINITELY hire him again. 5 Stars.
