From the first call to Karla to schedule my appointment, I was treated very well. The communication about my scheduled service call and the call from Ken the technician regarding his arrival time I have been very impressed.
Ken explained everything to me and never made me feel like confused or talked down to. He was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. I could tell that Ken was just a nice guy.
I think companies and their employees can always do better but I just can’t think of a single thing they could have done better!!!!
Well done.
