We called Bill Howe for a Water Heater problem. Our Technician arrived on time & quickly assessed the problem. A new Water Heater was installed. After the Tech. departed, my wife discovered a problem with our water quality. She called Bill Howe and was referred to Supervisor Alex Ulloa, Mr. Ulloa was genuinely concerned and sensitive to my wife’s issue. He assured my wife everything would be fine and was on his way to our home to examine the problem. Within an hour Mr. Ulloa arrived, discovered the problem, and quickly resolved it! He was polite, courteous, and helpful. He informed Mrs. Davis not to hesitate to call him if she had any further questions, concerns, or if further service was required.
Mr. Ulloa exemplifies excellent customer service and we are very happy customers! Thank You.
