(08.06.18) To Bill Howe and the Manager of Carlos Paredes – EMS Lead Technician.

We experience some mold and water damage in our Dining Room. I called Bill Howe Restoration automatically as I have been a committed Plumbing Customer over the past several years.

Carlos arrived on time and quickly went to work assessing the damage and diagnosing an immediate remedy. He communicated consistently and clearly. He was reasonable and passionate about helping us find a solution.

I was thoroughly impressed with his quick work ethic. He was sensitive to our furniture, fixtures and for protecting our beautiful hardwood floors. He set up 2 Humidifiers to dry out the areas generating a 99% Moisture Reading. He came back 1 day later to check progress and make sure the equipment was working properly. Once again he communicated clearly and was right on time as promised.

3 days later he returned and we were relieved that his remedy dried out both high-moisture reading down to 18% with no visible damage. We are grateful for his professionalism, dedication to the Bill Howe “brand” and his technical expertise plus “going the extra mile” to ensure we were completely satisfied with the results.
