Was installing a new vanity top but I could not get the new ankle valve to stop leaking which meant turning off the water to my house. With 6 people in the house I needed the water turned on as soon as possible. Unfortunately, another company I had called 2 hrs earlier called back and said they couldn’t send a plumber after all, despite earlier promises so it was around 9pm when I called Bill Howe. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the plumber-christian- quickly called and spoke with me about the problem. He was knowledgeable about fixing the issue and let me know pricing up front. He was professional, considerate (small sleeping children in a nearby room) and friendly despite the late hour. Highly recommend Bill Howe for their prompt response and customer service.
