Relieving Stress During the Holiday Season
Here at the Bill Howe Family of Companies, we tend to encourage our customers to share their experiences online via online review Web sites, however, we’re always so happy to receive a letter in the mail from a satisfied customer. We’d like to share a recent letter from one of our happy customers with you:
Dear Bill Howe Plumbing, Restoration, Design & Remodeling,
I am writing this letter to praise your employees that recently worked in our home. I realize that you have many divisions within your company, but I’m including all departments in my correspondence starting with Andrew, tech #369. Andrew has been to our home more than once and is our favorite plumbing technician. He is an excellent troubleshooter and finds the problem quickly and fixes it without problem. Andrew is always polite and respectful, as are all of your employees.
In the restoration department, we were blessed with the quick and thorough job provided by Joseph Navarro. Joseph was a rather quiet young man who was very polite and respectful. He answered all of my questions regarding the dehumidifiers and fan blowers. He was a delight to have in our home.
Speaking of a delight to have in our home was your A+ reconstruction team of Jose Armando Davilla and Antonio Martinez. These two men were the nicest, most wonderful, polite and respectful men with a sunny disposition and a joy to have in our home. Not only were they hardworking, but their work was superb. They both had a good sense of humor which is important when working with a dog, two cats and an old lady in the way. Their work was above and beyond what was expected. My husband and I were impressed with the quality of work done by Jose Armando and Antonio.
And lastly, what can I say about Sal Villasenor. Sal is “the man.” One of the nicest people that you could ask for. Always polite, respectful and punctual. Sal answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Any time I called Sal he answered within seconds. Sal, also, went beyond what was expected.
All in all, these men made a situation that could have been a nightmare into a pleasurable and entertaining experience. Your company provides quality work done by quality people. Needless to say, we are customers for life.
