What is your specialty?
Watching over the “pit” operations-technicians and office staff, fielding customer concerns, and technician project management.

What are you most passionate about in your field?
Helping both our field technicians and office staff be as successful as possible so we continue to exceed customer expectations. We are great!

What do you like most about working for Bill Howe?
Family. This is my family, but all the great and wonderful people and many families within the company come together to create one big family. I also love being a part of something that started 35 years ago out of a garage and continuing the Bill Howe name.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?
At crossfit, or with my kiddos and family. I love being outdoors in the sun and being active-Go crossfit!

Color is blue. My favorite people are my kids, and I love my faith and God. I love my friends, smiling and being in the sun!

About Jaime

Jaime Stolis is the oldest Howe daughter and first to join the family business. In 2015, she helped the Bill Howe Family of Companies celebrate their 35th anniversary in San Diego, and also gave birth to her second child, Hadley with husband, Brendan. She was named as the “Athlete of the Month” in December 2014 by CrossFit 619 and was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as an influential leader in the Emerging Generation Award.

She attended Cal State Fullerton on a gymnastics scholarship and joined the Bill Howe Family of Companies after graduation. She began at the entry level learning her family business form the ground up. She is well respected by her colleagues and is a “favorite” in dispatch among the technicians.

She has the same values her parents built the company on and is as committed to creating the best company in San Diego. She works harder than anyone to get the job done and inspires the same dedication in her team. “Save the excuses. It’s not about “having” time. It’s about making time. If it matters, you will make time,” she says. “Building and sticking to a routine and being a part of a solid community allows me to accomplish everything that is important into the 24-hour day and makes me a stronger leader and able to take care of our customers and employees.”
