To our valued Bill Howe Customers,

At Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services, the health and well being of our customers, technicians, and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus {Covid-19} and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and our technicians as the situation evolves. As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and technicians is paramount. We will continue to adapt to this evolving situation and are here to accommodate any request you may have. We are taking every measure recommended by the World Health Organization and the CDC {Center of Disease Control} to maintain safety as we stay open for operation. It is our response, as neighbors, to work as a community and care for each other as we overcome this adversity.

We wanted to share the steps we are taking to ensure your continued service and health:

  • Trucks, tools, and surfaces around the shop are cleaned as part of our normal course of business. We will maintain rigorous     standards including cleaning and disinfecting high-touch, high traffic areas. Cleaning supplies are readily available for all     employees.
  • Additional wall mount sanitizers have been installed in our office. Dispensing units have been installed in our service vehicles     to disinfect our work areas with a spray chemical.
  • Employees have been educated on best health practices including increased washing of their hands, advanced desk sanitation,     and spare uniforms placed in technicians vehicles when changing job sites.
  • We are ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy, and employees not feeling well are being     asked to stay home.
  • Masks can be worn upon request.

    Service for new garbage disposal. My ancient garbage disposal quit working, went online to get Bill Howe’s number, immediately received and accepted chat to describe my needs. Prompt call back to schedule an appointment, service tech Allen was out same morning, which was important to fit my work schedule. Job estimate was clear, work done fully to my expectations, area left clean, and price was very fair.

    Cory was on time to start the job and finished it quickly. Upon his leaving our home he’s was courteous, very knowledgeable, explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. Very good communication and this is the way it’s has always been when we use Bill Howe plumbing.
