Bill Howe Recognizes Outstanding Employees for Excellence in March

Each month, Bill Howe Family of Companies recognizes outstanding individuals within the company. The awards presented highlight employees for customer service, going above and beyond, leading by example and excellence on the job. At the April company meeting, we were proud to honor Michael Plata, Tris Coffin, Daniel Cox, and Marco Cibrian.

Michael Plata was honored as the Above & Beyond award winner for his performance in March. He is a journeyman plumbing student in San Diego at the PHCC Academy, and attended the March Trade Show and donated over 12 hours of his time to assist with checking in guests and vendors, and providing information to attendees. He also led the company in 5-star online reviews with 8 for the month. He truly is an exemplary employee and dedicated to his industry.

Our Customer Service winner for March is an east coast transplant. Tris Coffin came to us from New Jersey and has been a tremendous asset to our San Diego plumbing division. He is a tankless specialist and certified for Rinnai, Navian, and Noritz. He is often called on to trouble shoot difficult tankless jobs and although newer with the company, has already become a resource for other field employees when they find a challenging job. He is excellent at assisting customers through challenging plumbing issues and is an outstanding customer service representative.

Daniel Cox is the Excellence winner for March, and would be a prime candidate for this award for every job. He is a seasoned plumber in San Diego and has been with Bill Howe for almost ten years. He completes every job to perfection, with a great attitude, and a true Bill Howe success story.

We choose one employee each month for the Leading by Example award. This honor goes to an employee who sets the bar for the company. Our winner for March is Marco Cibrian, one of our water damage specialists. He adheres to every Bill Howe policy, is on time to every job, has perfect attendance, and is dedicated to being the best in the field.
