Bill Howe Plumbing Business Development Director Receives Industry Award

Jessica Kalloch, multiple industry award winner, and Director at local San Diego plumbing company, honored with award at HMA

February 15, 2016 San Diego, Calif. –Award winning San Diego plumbing, heating & air conditioning, and restoration & flood services company, Bill Howe Family of Companies has remained at the top of their industry for over 35 years. Internally, their employees exemplify success as well; they have two San Diego plumbers instructing at the local PHCC Academy and many individual award winners within the company.

Jessica Kalloch took on the role of Director of Business Development at the Bill Howe Family of Companies in 2010. At the time, there was no such role in the industry. She cultivated her position within the company with a keen sense of what the company was lacking, and stepping in to fill that need. She acted as liaison between customer and employee, advocating for both, and solidifying the relationships that Bill Howe had built while generating new business through her role on multiple industry boards.

The San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association is a federation of hotel and motel owners and operators, from small family-owned establishments to major convention hotels. Each year, they host the Gold Key Awards and recognize outstanding members in their association as well one exemplary allied member who helps to improve the industry and uphold their mission of serving the members with resources and communication on education, technology, human relations; this award is the Patti Roscoe-Person of the Year.

Jessica Kalloch was awarded the Patti Roscoe-Person of the Year Award at the 2015 Gold Key Award Ceremony held on Thursday, February 11, 2016. The Patti Roscoe-Allied Person of the Year recognizes the allied member who establishes the same dedication and commitment that the award namesake has exhibited in her career. As a vendor, Jessica Kalloch and Bill Howe Plumbing elevate the partnership of service companies and solutions for the Hotel-Motel Association partners across the county.

Jessica is also the recipient of several industry awards through many organizations she is involved with including BOMA, IREM (Institute of Real Estate Managers), as well as a 2014 winner of the San Diego Business Journal’s Woman Who Mean Business and an Honoree at the YWCA’s TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry) Award Ceremony in 2014.
