San Diego Plumber Presents Awards at San Diego Regional Chamber Hero Luncheon

Bill Howe Plumbing is no stranger to giving back to San Diego. The local plumber gives back to the community through many different charitable organizations. Some of the partnerships include the Burn Institute, American Heart Association, and Warrior Foundation-Freedom Station.

The San Diego Regional Chamber has been hosting the Hero Awards for the past five years. The event honors public safety officers throughout the region who go above and beyond the call of duty. Chief Zimmerman, San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore, and District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis were speakers at the luncheon, and the chamber also paid special tribute to fallen officer J.D. Deguzman and his family.

Bill Howe has partnered with the chamber for the local Hero Awards for all five years and is a longtime supporter of our police and public safety officers throughout the county. As part of the sponsorship, the local San Diego plumber was a presenter for five of the honorees during the ceremony. Honorees included members of the Escondido Police Department, San Diego Police Department, Valley Center Sheriff’s Department, California Highway Patrol, US Drug Enforcement Administration, Bureau of Tobacco and Firearms, local lifeguards, as well as the Cal Fire Captain, and Murrieta Battalion Chief.

Recently, they even provided lunch to their neighbors at the San Diego Police Eastern Division.
