Bill Howe Family of Companies Recognizes Employees at end of Year Gala
 Local San Diego plumbers, HVAC specialists, and water damage remediation team presented with end of year awards for excellence

December 13, 2016 San Diego, Calif. – The Bill Howe Family of Companies is one of San Diego’s leading plumbing, heating & air, and restoration service companies. The Bill Howe Family of Companies’ has delivered on their mission for over three decades, and part of the success lies in the team of specialists across the three divisions in San Diego: plumbing, heating & air, restoration & flood. Each month, the company presents four different awards for service, excellence, community service, and upholding the Bill Howe Way; then, at the companies’ end of year employee recognition gala, they present annual awards to outstanding company representatives.

“We have the best team, and are proud to honor their achievements throughout the year,” said Tina Howe, Vice President of the Bill Howe Family of Companies. “We have been presenting technicians with monthly awards for many years now, and since 2014, have started to give awards for the end of the year at our annual party. This year, we presented 19 technicians with awards for production, customer service, achievements in attendance and arrival, as well as our volunteer of the year and top reviewed employee.”

The Bill Howe Family of Companies hosted their Employee Recognition Party at the Del Mar Hilton on Saturday, December 10. In addition to the nineteen special achievement awards, the company provided each employee with a hotel room, raffle gifts, a night of dinner and dancing, and special Brazilian themed entertainment. “It is the party of the year,” said Marketing Director, Julie Riddle. “Bill and Tina always top themselves each year with the entertainment and everyone has an amazing time.”

In 2016, the company was also awarded for their excellence when named the Best San Diego plumbers, Heating & Air company, and contractor by the union tribune readers.
