The Well-Known San Diego Plumber Continues to Grow Restoration Division with New Business Development Addition

February 13, 2013 San Diego, Calif. – Former sales leader, Eric Schaldach, joins the Bill Howe Team in the San Diego water damage department. Eric will be serving a much-needed role within Bill Howe Restoration and Flood services’ business development department. As a newer division within the Bill Howe Family of Companies, clients in San Diego are often unaware of the services that are being offered. Bill Howe started his company in 1980, and since has steadily grown the company in the local community. With the newest division, the local San Diego plumber is expanding on the level of care available for his customers, from start to finish.

Eric has served in direct sales for Priority Pharmaceuticals for the past five years. He brings a unique skill-set to Bill Howe Restoration and Flood services with his experience in client relations. Before his leading position at the pharmaceutical company, Eric spent sixteen years as a golf professional.  Operations manager, Amber Baynard, recruited Schaldach for his successful history and reputation throughout his industry. He is also experienced within the contractors’ industry, having been a San Diego plumber before accepting a professional position and excelling as a member of the PGA.

Eric was eager to explore the opportunity with Bill Howe Restoration and Flood. “It is exciting to come to a division still in its infancy,” said Eric Schaldach. “Bill Howe Plumbing’s reputation and longevity in San Diego speaks for itself. I look forward to being a part of increasing the reach in San Diego water damage, reconstruction, restoration; all of the expert services we offer in restoration and flood. We want to take care of San Diego home and business owners from the beginning and we will see them through until their home or property is restored to its best condition.”

Schaldach is a deeply rooted in San Diego. He is still active in the golf community and has been coaching Youth Baseball with Tecalote for eight years since his sons began playing the sport. He regularly advocates for youth programs and will fit in nicely with Bill Howe Plumbing’s “pay-it-forward” spirit. He also has a delicate understanding of the climate of the service industry. He will be an asset in catering to the needs of the Bill Howe Family of Companies’ customers, bringing new enthusiasm with him and illuminating all that Bill Howe can do for the community.
