June 14, 2011, San Diego, Calif. – For the second consecutive year, the Bill Howe Family of Companies has been named one of San Diego best places to work by the San Diego Business Journal. Bill Howe, Tina Howe and the rest of the management team attended the Best Places to Work 2011 awards ceremony on Thursday, June 9 to accept their award and congratulate the other San Diego businesses who were also being honored.

The San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award is a survey and recognition program dedicated to identifying and recognizing San Diego’s best employers. The San Diego Business Journal works with Best Companies Group to utilize their two part assessment which includes an employer questionnaire and an employee survey. The results are then analyzed and categorized according to eight focus areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement.
