San Diego plumber, Bill Howe, continues to dedicate resources to customer service training for field employees

July 21, 2015 San Diego, Calif. – Bill Howe Family of Companies has been one of the leading service companies offering highly trained technicians in San Diego plumbing, heating, cooling, and restoration services. In 2014, the San Diego plumber hired Barbara Khozam, an award-winning Motivational Speaker and Trainer specializing in Customer Service, Leadership, and Communication to help the company promote the highest level of excellence and customer experience in San Diego.  Presenting several company-wide training sessions, Barbara has engaged and empowered the employees with the knowledge and tools to use while in the field. And, growing on the 2014 implementation, beginning in July, Barbara will begin an intense small group and individual customer service training for the San Diego plumbing company.

The new training program is set to include: ride-along assessments, observation of field technicians as they visit customer’s homes, monitoring recorded calls, reviewing complaint statistics, reviewing customer review data, and creation of service standards and checklist for implantation in customer service training for all staff.
