Spring Harp Fest
Book NowSpring Harp Fest
Spring Harp Fest is a one of a kind music celebration in San Diego. In its 16th year, the free event has raised enough money to place over 5000 harmonicas throughout the community and in schools to spread the “joy of music” to students.
The blues music festival is held in late March every year at Harry Griffen Park. Local restaurants and businesses donate food and fun for the entire family and admission is always free. The event raises money through kind donations and business sponsorship. All proceeds benefit the “Blues in the Schools” Program (BITS Program).
Bill Howe Plumbing’s own Tom Safreed has played at the Spring Harp Fest for several years, and Bill Howe has been proud to sponsor Spring Harp Fest for the past five years.
Other players that have participated over the years include Dan “Dirty” Rice, Rod Piazza, Bubba McCoy, Big Jon Atkinson and “Harmonica John” Frazer.
Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood Services is a proud sponsor of this event. To learn more about Spring Harp Fest or to make a donation, visit http://www.springharpfest.org/
