Vice President

Tina is proof of what you can accomplish when you set goals for yourself. Tina came to the U.S. from England when she was 18-years-old and worked hard to establish a career. She’s been with the company since its inception in 1980 and helped it grow into the company of success stories it is today. As the company’s V.P. and CFO, Tina has been instrumental in the success of the Bill Howe Family of Companies. In an industry that is significantly male-dominated, Tina continues to be an inspiration to women who are establishing careers in this industry, specifically within our company. Since 1984, Tina has juggled a successful career and a family. She has been an inspiration to her daughters, two of which are working within leadership roles at the company, as well as her niece who is the Operations Manager. As an avid runner Tina has completed running a marathon in each continent, which includes running the Great Wall of China and the Antarctic Ice Marathon. She’s currently working on her goal to run a marathon in each of the 50 states. Tina was also a recipient of the San Diego Business Journal’s 2010 Women Who Mean Business Honoree Award and the San Diego Business Journal’s 2012 Chief Financial Officer of the Year Finalist Award.
