October 4, 2011 - I recently had to call Bill Howe after another plumbing company failed to show up for a scheduled appointment. They sent a representative named Victor Santana Jr. out to help me deal with several issues including a clogged up sink, installing a new kitchen faucet and disposal and a dishwasher. He arrived at about noon and worked for about six hours doing an excellent job and going above and beyond anything I expected!! When he left I had all new plumbing under the sink, and all the items above installed and working perfectly!! He did outstanding job and got everything done so that I could have my place back in order and all the new items working perfectly!! I think Victor is an excellent employee and did a terrific job of getting thru probably more then what was expected so that I could be happy and have my kitchen back to normal and even better then when he showed up THANK YOU VERY MUCH VICTOR SANTANA JR AND BILL HOWE PLUMBING!!
