February 1, 2012 - Ryan Cook came out to replace a pop up assembly at my residence and I was very pleased with his service and especially his professionalism. I was interested in seeing the work and he had no issues with allowing me to observe. He cleaned up after his work was done and answered all my questions. I have used Bill Howe in the past and will continue to do so since all the techs that have come out have always been reliable and Ryan is no exception. Thank you Ryan.
