  1. September 21, 2011 - Just wanted to thank your company and, in particular, Jason, for the quick response and professionalism in replacing our “blown” water heater September 19th. We experienced a catastrophic failure with heavy flooding and damage to the cabinet. Jason’s calm demeanor and sensible plan to replace the unit raised our spirits and helped us prepare the site for a new Ruud. By mid-day September 20 we had hot water to the house and a return to normalcy. Thanks for the superb effort and for Jason. Ted and Barb
