January 20, 2012 - Michael came over promptly at the beginning of our service window. Waited for me to get home patiently and quickly went to work. He addressed my issue, and even diagnosed some other issues I didn’t know about. He fixed everything quickly and then explained in detail the issues that caused it and what he did. I’ll highly recommend both him and Bill Howe to whoever I can. Extremely satisfied with the work and attention to detail.
